There have been several crashes this week on the flyover ramp from I-5 northbound to Highway 217 northbound.  The Oregonian reports it is because of the bridge joint that is out of alignment and drivers going too fast.

A small pickup crashed into the ramp's wall Friday morning and there was a rollover crash Thursday morning.

ODOT's Don Hamilton tells The Oregonian that if drivers stick to the posted speed limit of 35 m.p.h. the bridge joint isn't a problem.

ODOT is planning to repair the bridge joint, but a date for the work has not bee scheduled.
