The Washington County Sheriff's Office is making another call for tips in the murder of Nicole Laube .

Sergeant Bob Ray says that while a stranger on stranger attack would be rare they have no evidence to tell detectives if that was the case or if it was someone she knew who killed her.

Ray says they're looking for any information no matter how insignificant it might seem.

Laube was stabbed to death around 5 p.m. Tuesday August 19 at the Timber Creek apartments in Cedar Mill.  After the stabbing, Laube went to an apartment resident for help.  The first deputy on the scene tried to give her first aid, but she died.

Laube worked at the apartment complex.  Witnesses say she was showing an apartment, but that hasn't been confirmed by detectives.
