Sherwood Police have arrested a 59-year-old Tualatin man accused of planting a hidden camera in the bathroom of a Starbucks store in Sherwood.

Sherwood Police Captain Ty Hanlon says Richard Ipsen turned himself in to detectives at the Washington County jail Tuesday morning. He faces seven misdemeanor charges of invasion of privacy and attempted invasion of privacy.

A Starbucks employee discovered the camera on May 1st. investigators say Ipsen hid the camera in an AC adaptor planted in the restroom. Police are investigating similar crimes in Bend.
