Police search for suspect in motel robbery
Posted September 8th, 2013 @ 8:05am by Brad Ford

Saturday night, the Super 8 motel in Wilsonville was robbed at gunpoint. The suspect entered the business and robbed the clerk of an undisclosed amount of cash. The suspect then left the business and is believed to have driven away in a car parked near the entrance of the motel.

The suspect is a white male adult, 35-40 years old, with short dark hair, wearing light colored blue jeans, large tattoo on forearm, white tennis shoes and a distinctive dark t-shirt with a large eagle design on the front from shoulder to shoulder.

Wilsonville Police, Clackamas County Sheriff, Washington County Sheriff, and Tualatin Police assisted the CCSO canine unit in conducting a search for the suspect.

At this time there is nothing to connect this robbery with the robbery in Wilsonville and another in Portland of motels.
