During the service of the search warrant, flashbangs were utilized as officers moved up to the front of the residence and made entry. The occupants surrendered to police without incident and were detained for questioning. The search warrant was being served as part of a continuing investigation into white supremacist gang activity including witness tampering, drug dealing and firearms trafficking.

Six people were detained during the search. Five were questioned and released at the scene. Mark Gill, Age 48, of Fairview, OR was arrested and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Delivery of Methamphetamine, and Endangering the Welfare of a Minor. During the search of the residence forty grams of methamphetamine packaged for street sale along with approximately $630 in cash were seized. Drug scales, packaging materials and drug records were also confiscated.

Additionally, during the search of the residence, an individual walked up to the front of the house through the backyard of the property while the search was being conducted and was found to have an outstanding warrant. Kenneth Freeman, Age 27, was arrested for Failure to Appear on a Disorderly Conduct charge.

The MCSO Special Investigations Unit has added eight federal cases, six state cases, seized sixteen firearms, $5,000 cash, and six ounces of meth, in addition to recovering stolen DMV identifications and a vehicle since Operation White Christmas in December 2013. The investigation continues to develop.
