Jay Jay French of Twisted Sister Calls Judas Priest a Cover Band
Jay Jay French took part in a Q & A session over the weekend while in Orlando, Florida. During this conversation he ended up calling Judas Priest and Foreigner basically cover bands. French was asked about which bands have still continued to play well way past their prime. While speaking of Judas Priest he comments that "Now, Priest. Look what you've got with Priest. K.K.'s gone — he went to golf. And now Glenn's left. And it's wonderful. And now it's a cover band, essentially." He then later went on to say the same thing about Foreigner, that "Foreigner is a complete cover band; there's nobody left in Foreigner."
