According to a report from KRON 4, San Francisco is being plagued by a wave of public poopers, to the point that the city has created a “poop patrol.” The cities 311 number has logged 25,000 complaints of public poopers this year alone.
One resident was doing his grocery shopping, he walked down an aisle only to find a man dropping his pants and taking a deuce in the middle of an aisleway. Upon closer inspection, the man had even taken a package of toilet paper from the store, opened it, and was using one of the rolls to clean his booty. He then left the store and walked over to a nearby Starbucks, which you would assume would have a public restroom.
