Santa Claus is coming to town and one town in Vermont is adding a bit of Christmas Cheer to their speed readers. They shared their Holiday readers on their Facebook page.
When passing by the reader if they are going at or below the speed limit, the reader will say "NICE" in green, if they are going above, it displays "NAUGHTY" in red.
The Chester Police Department has five of these readers around town.
