I was at the movies the other day and saw Rose and Champagne gummy bears. A boozy twist on one of my favorite treats?! Sign me up!
I was a bit disappointed to find out that they are just FLAVORED like alcohol, but have no actual ABV, lame. I then went online to see if anyone actually DID sell boozy gummy bears, and every site was either sold out or insanely expensive.
I ended up stumbling across a recipe for red, white and rose gummy bears on Cooking With Janica!
The gummy bears are actually fairly simple to make according to her blog, but if you don't want your booze to burn off, make sure that you watch the bears with a candy thermometer!
