The manhunt is over for the shooter who opened fire on dozens of unsuspecting New Yorkers on the subway earlier this week. Frank James, the suspected shooter, called in a tip on himself and was arrested about an hour later. He was charges with violating a law prohibiting terrorist and other violent attacks against a mass transportation system. READ MORE.

Just days after Elon Musk purchased a 9% stake in Twitter, shareholders are suing him. The suit claims that Elon was 10 days late in filing his legally mandated disclosure form. When the news hit that he became a Twitter shareholder, shares shot up 27%. So if other shareholders didn’t know about it and if they chose to sell, they were shortchanged because people were unaware of Elon’s purchase. Elon Musk has made an offer to buy Twitter and take it private, saying he believes it needs to be "transformed." READ MORE.

Journey's "Don't Stop Believin'' is being enshrined in the Library of Congress National Recording Registry. The official U.S. library has announced its latest selection of 25 recordings chosen for their "cultural, historical or aesthetic importance in the nation's recorded sound heritage." In addition to Journey this year's selections include Queen's "Bohemian Rhapsody," Ricky Martin’s “Livin' La Vida Loca." READ MORE.

The CDC is once again extending the federal transportation mask mandate. That covers airlines and travel on trains, subways, and buses. The extension covers another two weeks beyond the earlier expiration date of April 18th. That pushes the mandate to at least May 3rd.
