Why Isn't Def Leppard In The Rock And Roll Hall of Fame?
Phill Collen was recently asked in an interview how Def Leppard felt about not being inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Collen said the band doesn't really talk about it, and that "it really doesn't faze us. It's someone else's problem, and [we] don't care, honestly." Whenever it does come up, the band just talks about how pathetic it is that a rock band "that sold 100 million albums, most of them, actually, in America. [That] a real rock band, [whose] been together for 30, or nearly 40 years, and the fact that that's not recognized is kind of a bit weird."
Def Leppard has been qualified for the Hall of Fame since 2004.
The Smashing Pumpkins Are Coming Back
Billy Corgin of Smashing Pumpkins has begun hinting that the Pumpkins are in the studio with producer Rick Rubin. Everyone from the band has been reunited except bassist D'arcy.
