Glenn Tipton Will Not Be Joining Judas Priest on Tour
Judas Priest is heading out on tour and guitarist Glenn Tipton will not be joining. Ten years ago Tipton was diagnosed with early onset Parkinson's Disease and was able to continue his career as a heavy metal guitar player. Some of the Judas Priest songs have become difficult to play and he has decided to not join the guys on tour. Bassist from British heavy metal band Hell will be taking over for Tipton. Metallica Honors Late Bassist at Italy Show
Metallica honored their late bassist Cliff Burton at their Italy show on February 10th on what would have been the bassists 56th birthday. Burton cowrote 'Orion' for the 1986 'Master of Puppets' album and the band added it into their set list for the night.
