A man in Hillsboro has been sentenced to 20 months in prison after being found guilty for sexual intercourse with a horse in a report by KPTV.
The case originally came in after the owner of the horse called into 911 claiming that someone had been "tampering" with the animal. The owners daughter who is also a veterinarian, said the horse seemed to be sexually assaulted.
Kenneth Lijah Duyck, 21, was named a person of interest and was found by police sleeping in a stolen car at a parking lot in the area.
According to court documents, Duyck had confessed to the crime, claiming he had not been taking his medications.
