After clinching the No. 7 seed in the Western Conference, the Portland Trail Blazers will be in the First Round of the 2026 NBA Playoffs and face off against the San Antonio Spurs in a best-of-seven series, with the Trail Blazers guaranteed at least two home games on April 24 and April 26. The winner of the First Round playoff series between Portland and San Antonio will advance to the best-of-seven Western Conference Semifinals and face the winner between No. 3 seed Denver and No. 6 seed Minnesota, with dates for that series to be determined at a later date.
