Summer is coming up soon which means lots of people will be traveling for vacations, myself included. I'll be heading out to the east coast for a week. I already head to bed pretty early in the evenings because I wake up at 5 am but jet lag is never easy.
Experts have said that in order to not suffer from jet lag while traveling is sleep. If you are going east go to bed early for several days before your trip and go to bed later if traveling west. It takes up to two days for your body to adjust to a new time zone so prepping your body beforehand will keep you from suffering.
