Eating Ice Cream For Breakfast Might Actually Be Good For You

A new study shows that people who eat ice cream for breakfast showed a higher amount of mental performance and alertness than from those who did not. A Japanese study gave half the participants ice cream as soon as they woke up every morning and the other half did not. Those were later tested to prove that the ice cream eaters had an increase in alertness and mental performance. 

The test was later redone with cold water instead of ice cream, while those with cold water also had an increase, the ups were not as high as those with ice cream for breakfast. 

Further testing needs to happen until they can fully determine what the exact reasoning is behind the increase. So why not just eat ice cream for breakfast everyday?
