A Minnesota principal is having to backtrack after a prank is getting some internet backlash. A group of students were brought up at an assembly and were then blindfolded and instructed to kiss a secret person. The students would then have to guess who the person they were kissing was. The secret kissers ended up being the blindfolded students parents. KARE-TV reported that the prank was planned by staff.
John Wollersheim, principal of Rosemount High School in Minnesota has taken responsibility for the prank in question.
Mr. Wollersheim has since apologized for the prank saying that "this is supposed to be a fun event and it should leave everyone feeling pepped and if it's leaving people not feeling good or embarrassed or hurt then that's the exact opposite of what we're trying to do.
