Birthday cake is one of my favorite dessert flavors. Birthday cake milkshakes, birthday cake halo top, and anything else birthday cake flavored I can get my hands on. Birthday cake flavored soda though? I'm not too sure.
Dr. Pepper has created a birthday cake flavored soda, but it's not as easy as just heading to the store to get a case.
Dr. Pepper has an ambassador program, and those in their Pepper Pack have been getting cases for their birthday.
