California Pushes Back School Start Times

When I was in school I would wake up in the dark to get ready for class, and at certain times of year I would even get on the bus in the dark. When I was a little bit older they pushed the start time for the high school from 7am to 7:30am and that felt like a dream.

Now Governor Gavin Newsom in California has signed a new law that will require schools to start later than previously allowed. Middle school classes will begin no earlier than 8am while high schools will be starting at 8:30am.

Would you like to see something similar in Oregon?
