I *love* horror movies, so much so I pride myself on being able to watch the scariest, goriest, and most shocking films without flinching. I have seen Cannibal Holocaust, The Human Centipede, The Exorcist and more. Just google "controversial horror films," and I've seen at least half of them.
Looking for a good scary, mind twisting horror movie for Halloween? While not all of these are exactly scary... they'll be f*cking with your mind for a while afterwards. Be warned, not all of these are in English, so if foreign films aren't your thing that's a shame.

Note: this movie is in French, if subtitles aren't your thing, best to keep looking. Raw is one of my absolute favorite movies, so I would highly recommend giving it a try. During the premiere an ambulance was even allegedly called due to patrons passing out during the more gorey scenes of the movie.
