Sam Sufian, founder of World's Best Cookie Dough, told Thrillist that he and his team of bakers would experiment to see the limits of cookie dough before coming up with the chicken cookie. He said their newest creation is a sweet and savory twist.
The process of making the cookie first starts with the actual chicken. The chicken is covered with seasoning and panko bread crumbs before being fried. Once removed from the fryer a baker covers it in cookie dough before being baked and then covered in chocolate sauce and sprinkles.
