California is unveiling a plan to fully reopen its economy by summer.
Sacramento Metro Chamber of Commerce's Erica Bjork says it's welcome news, but businesses reopening isn't going to happen overnight. Businesses are optimistic about yesterday's announcement, with Calfiornia planning to fully reopen and remove the color tiered system on June 15th.
But many say the details of what "fully open" means aren't quite clear yet. Starting June 15th, California will move away from its color-coded tier system and businesses will be able to resume normal operations. That means bars, restaurants, sporting and concert venues will be allowed to open at 100% capacity.
