T&D Dog of the Week: Jackson

This week, we’d like to feature handsome Jackson. Jackson - Oregon Humane Society Jackson is a 2 year-old, 62 lb lab mix (I’d venture to guess he has some pit bull in him, too). He comes to us from Tulsa, OK so we don’t know too much about his history before he came to Oregon.  He’s a sweet boy who loves human attention, but is still a young dog who can get easily amped up and overexcited.  He will need to go to an adult-only home where he’s the only animal. Jackson has been shown to have a very high prey-drive, and because of that he shouldn’t go to dog parks or other crowded areas where he might run into other animals.  Jackson would do best in a home in a quiet neighborhood with a fully-fenced yard so he has his own place to play. Is this handsome Oklahoman the boy for you?  If so, please fill out the questionnaire at the bottom of his profile and someone from Oregon Humane will call you to tell you more about him.
