This week we’d like to feature Ella as our dog of the week Ella - Oregon Humane Society. And, she has a video! Ella is a sweet, younger girl. She’s a 1 year, 4 month old American Pit Bull mix. Ella is currently living in a foster home while she waits to find her new people.
This beautiful girl is as sweet as can be. She’s a little shy at first, but once she warms up it turns out she’s a 62 pound lap dog! As you can see in her video, she knows ‘sit’. She also knows ‘down’ and ‘come’- what a smart girl! In her last home Ella lived with another dog and is quite social with most other dogs. She might like to have a canine companion in her new home to play with and to help boost her confidence. She also lived with cats in her last home, but that’s going to be a no-go going forward. You see, Ella really liked chasing her kitty friends, and that’s no fun for the cats! Ella is an active young dog looking forward to an active life. Are you looking for a great hiking buddy? Ella just might be your girl!
