Do you have a good sense of humor? Do you like to be kept on your toes? Are you comfortable with a little bit of slobber, and a LOT of snorting? If so, we'd love to introduce you to Jasper! This lovable meatball on legs has a real zest for life and adores spending time, playing, and adventuring with people. Jasper would prefer to be an only pet -- like many comedians, he's a solo act -- but he has tons of love to give and is guaranteed to entertain you every day with his antics.
Did we mention that he wears booties?! He has a condition that makes it hard for him to always place his feet correctly. For this reason, he’s looking for a soft grassy yard and limited exposure to rough concrete. While he’s quite happy to strut around in his protective booties and it will be important to talk to a vet about an appropriate amount of exercise for a pup like him. He loves to go potty outside, play with toys, play in the water, cuddle, and wag his tail to the sound of your big belly laughs.
Jasper is a smart boy! He knows sit, down, stay, come, drop it, and off. He’s been around kids 5-10 years old and has done well with them…but they have to be sturdy kids since he’s such a big guy!
