Delta wants the feds to create a national "no-fly" list, so if an unruly passenger gets banned from one airline, they'd lose their flying privileges across all airlines. Delta's CEO said there should be "zero tolerance" for any behavior that affects flight safety. It would be a harsh enough penalty to make people think twice about putting others in danger. READ MORE.
