Personally I didn’t know Apple was still making the iPod, but they’ve announced that, after more than 20 years, it is officially discontinuing the iPod. Mike Tyson can breathe a sigh of relief -- the boxing legend will NOT face criminal charges stemming from his airplane beatdown. Earlier this week the San Mateo County District Attorney said because of "the conduct of the victim leading up to the incident, the interaction between Mr. Tyson and the victim, as well as the requests of both the victim and Mr. Tyson" no charges will be filed against Tyson.
