Elon Musk is backing out of the $44-billion deal to buy Twitter. He wrote a letter announcing the purchase was off on Friday primarily because according to Elon, Twitter hasn’t given him information he asked for – specifically about the company’s claims that only 5% of its monetizable daily active users are spam accounts. A supermoon will be visible on Wednesday with the moon arriving at its closest point to the Earth for all of 2022. In June, Starbucks added the Chicken, Maple Butter, and Egg Sandwich to their food menu. Less than a week later, it was quietly pulled. New reports say the decision was made after an influx of customers and employees claimed that sandwich routinely came with a side of diarrhea.
