Cracker Barrel is responding to online criticism over a Facebook post featuring plant-based meat. Apparently they’re offering "impossible sausage" now. Within a few days there were nearly 10,000 comments on the post filled with hate, with some saying they've lost respect for Cracker Barrel, would never eat there again, or even accusing the company of being "too woke." Cracker Barrel released a statement Thursday saying they’re "always exploring opportunities to expand how guests experience breakfast" and described themselves as a place "where pork-based and plant-based sausage lovers can breakfast all day in harmony."
