Actress Anne Heche is in stable condition after she crashed into a home and became engulfed in flames. Heche was previously in an intensive care unit with "severe burns" following the crash on Friday. They say she’s lucky to be alive and has a long road to recovery ahead of her. Witnesses say she crashed her blue Mini Cooper into the garage of an apartment complex but backed out and sped off when residents of the complex tried to get her out of the vehicle. She then went on to crash into a nearby home, which started a significant fire.

Whitesnake have removed themselves from a 24-date tour of North America, which they were scheduled to co-headline with Scorpions, due to frontman David Coverdale’s ongoing health issues. Coverdale released a statement saying “due to my continued treatment for a persistent upper respiratory infection that affects my ability to perform”. The Scorpions will still be touring. A French scientist is in hot water after he trolled his Twitter followers with a picture of what he said was of a distant star taken by the James Webb Space Telescope. In reality, it was a piece of sausage. This guy tweeted an image of a glowing red circle with a caption saying it was Proxima Centauri, the closest star to the Sun. Later he tweeted that he had been drinking and had posted the fake picture as a "form of amusement."

An angry three-page letter written by John Lennon to Paul McCartney less than two years after the breakup of the Beatles is up for auction. The letter was written in November 1971, shortly after McCartney did an interview with a British music magazine where he made some comments John Lennon didn’t like.
