Anne Heche was not under the influence of alcohol when she crashed her car last week but she was under the influence of cocaine and possibly fentanyl although that may have been administered in the hospital so they need to do more testing. However, things are not looking hopeful for Anne Heche, according to her rep: "due to her accident, Anne suffered a severe anoxic brain injury and remains in a coma, in critical condition. I don’t know if this Rage Against The Machine tour is meant to be. They have now canceled their UK and European tour dates because of Zach de la Rocha’s foot injury. In their new statement revealing the cancellation of the upcoming shows, it's revealed that the singer was advised not to continue touring at this point "per medical guidance."
