Hurricane Ian has strengthened to a 155 MPH which is just 2 MPH shy of it becoming a Category 5 hurricane as conditions are rapidly deteriorating in SW Florida some areas on the coast may see a catastrophic storm surge up to 16 feet. It’s currently less than 40 miles from the coast and residents who chose to stay are being being told its too late to evacuate. The hurricane is expected to make landfall this morning. LIVE UPDATES.
