Dozer came to us from Tulare, CA, where he was found as a stray. He’s a lab mix (probably lab/pitty) a little over a year and a half old and weighs in at 62 pounds. He’s an active guy and likes to walk and run. In fact, he’s on the Oregon Humane Society running team. But he has a little secret- he’s pretty scared of cars. Not riding in cars, but cars moving around him. For that reason, he’d do best in a home in a quiet neighborhood that has a fully fenced yard, or a home close to hiking trails.
Dozer also enjoys playing with puzzle toys. Well, he loves all toys but he’s pretty quick to disembowel stuffed animal kinds of toys! Dozer will need to meet any potential canine companions at the shelter before going home with them.
